1.  Completing this page.
      this is the information for the Organiztion/Club
      creator.

      UserName.
      This will be YOUR personal Login UserName
      when logging in to the system at any time.
      UserName's are UNIQUE to the entire system.

     Password.
     This will be YOUR personal Password when
     logging into the system at any time.
     Minimum of 6 alpha or numberic characters.

     Email Address.
     Email Addresses are UNIQUE to the system.

2.  Organization/Club Information Page.
     Address, Phone Number and other contact information.

3.  Default Resource Information.
    Entering aircraft, simulator, and instructor information.
4.  User/Pilot Information.
    Entering pilot and user information.
